Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PDF UA Kit. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope

These terms govern your access to and use of PDF UA Kit's web application, API, and related services. By creating an account, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Usage Rights

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our service for your internal business or personal purposes. You may not:

  • Sublicense, sell, or redistribute the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

4. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to the documents you upload. We do not access, use, or share your documents except as necessary to provide the service.

6. Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
